My name is Joseph Raymond…. or Joe for short. Yes, Joseph Raymond is my full first name. Quite a mouthful, ain’t it? Having a second name in my first name is kinda part of my culture. If you’re wondering what culture that is, I’ll just leave that to your imagination or your guessing. If you guess right, I’ll give you a cookie.
But anyway, as I said, my name is Joe. I’m an idea guy. Don’t know what that means? It just means I have a mind full of creative ideas and there’s this urge that’s just gnawing away at my sanity to bring life to these creative ideas. With that said, I’m a recent graduate from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. I double majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship (that’s where the “idea guy” comes into play).
I’m kind of a weird guy. I’m a huge fan of the X-men. And like the X-men, I’ve never really been one to fit in. I guess I’m just a nonconformist like that. I’d like to think that I’m not really typical of… well, most kinds of people. I like to break my apples in half before eating them. I like to collect butane lighters. I’m fascinated by spiders, but at the same time am scared senseless by them. I love going to rock concerts and comedy shows. I absolutely detest North Face products (Fashion is supposed to be about self-expression. If every single person you come into contact with wears that black jacket or coat with that little white North Face splotch of a logo, there’s no self-expression in that). I don’t really know how or why that’s relevant to what else is in this section, but it’s here now. Deal with it.
